Suggested steps for the cenacles of prayer of the Flame of Love

 1          Start the prayer by making five times the Sign of the Cross in honor of the five Holy Wounds of the Crucifixion of Our Lord Jesus-Christ.

"I ask you, My daughter, to offer to My Divine Son a very special penance on Thursdays and Fridays [...] Begin with a spiritual reading this hour that you will pass in your homes to make penance, and continue with the recitation of the holy Rosary or different prayers, in an atmosphere filled with reverence and fervour. Recite it at least two or three together, because where two or three are gathered in My Son's Name, He is among them. Start by making the sign of the Cross five times, and while you do it, offer yourselves to the Heavenly Father by means of the wounds of my Divine Son. Finish likewise. [... ] ( April 13, 1962 )

2          It is recommended to make a reading from the Spiritual Diary of Elizabeth Kindelmann.

3          Recite the prayer to Saint Michael the Archangel :

Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle, be our protection against the malice and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him we humbly pray; and do thou, O Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan and all evil spirits who wander through the world for the ruin of souls. Amen.

4          Pray the Rosary and insert in each Ave Maria the petition to the Flame of Love thus: (October 1962)

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with Thee, blessed are Thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of Thy womb, Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, flood the whole humanity with the blessings of your Flame of Love, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

5          After each decade:

-       Ô my Jesus... (prayer of Fatima ) 

-       Come Holy Spirit! Come by means of the power of the Flame of Love of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

6          At the end of the Rosary, we may ask Jesus to take us in spirit before his Eucharistic Presence throughout the world to adore Him.

7          This is the prayer taught by Our Lord Jesus to Elizabeth Kindelmann:

O my Jesus,

Unite our steps with Yours that we may walk together,

Put our hands in Yours that we may gather,

Let our hearts beat in harmony with Yours,

Merge our souls into Yours that we may feel as You feel,

Unite the thoughts of our soul to Yours,

Let our ears listen with You in the silence,

Draw our gaze that it may be lost in Yours,

And let our lips, in unison with You, implore the Mercy of the Eternal Father.

8          You can call upon Saint Joseph with the following prayer or that of your choice:

O God, who by your ineffable Providence condescended to choose Saint Joseph as the spouse of your Most Holy Mother, grant us, we beg you, that we may have as intercessor in Heaven the one we venerate as a protector on earth. Amen. 

Saint Joseph, you sought a refuge for the Blessed Virgin in Bethlehem, help us to seek a refuge for Her Flame of Love in all the humans Hearts.

9          End the prayer by making five times the sign of the Cross in honor of the five Holy Wounds of Our Lord Jesus-Christ.

10        Bless one another by tracing the sign of the Cross with holy water on the forehead of each person: (for a small group) I bless you in the Name of the Father, of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Should your prayer group be set up differently from the Flame of Love cenacles, you would still have to insert the supplication of the Flame of Love in each Ave Maria of the Rosary, so as to answer the ardent request of the Virgin Mary.
